Assurance Manager - $110K + bonus
We're hiring an Assurance Manager to lead audit and assurance engagements across industries including technology, media, manufacturing, distribution, and nonprofits. This is a high-impact role for a CPA professional who wants to drive quality, mentor teams, and build direct relationships with client leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead assurance engagements from planning to final reporting
Oversee fieldwork and supervise audit staff and senior associates
Evaluate internal controls, risk procedures, and key compliance areas
Review complex audit areas: revenue, inventory, consolidations, etc.
Manage client communications, deliverables, and engagement budgets
Required Experience:
5+ years in public accounting, including 2+ years in an audit leadership role
Background in Big 4 or national public accounting firms
CPA license (active or in progress)
Experience managing multiple engagements and teams
Required Skills:
Strong command of US GAAP and audit methodology
Team leadership and coaching experience
Skilled in client relationship management and audit reporting
Preferred Skills:
Experience with PCAOB audits and audit technology tools
Public and private industry client exposure
