Edwards College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina is seeking applications for the Digital Dentistry Fellowship with a strong research and academic focus. This is a one-year, full-time fellowship position housed within the Department of Reconstructive and Rehabilitation Sciences.This fellowship will provide advanced training in digital dentistry and innovation-driven clinical education. The fellow will gain hands-on experience with digital workflows, CAD/CAM technologies, and materials used in both fixed and removable prosthodontics. The position also includes a research component involving different technologies.Primary responsibilities will be to participate in teaching dental students in preclinical restorative dentistry courses, support educational and production within the innovation laboratory (with digital workflows in fixed and removable prosthodontics), as well as support and conduct research involving innovation.Having experience with research and CAD/CAM is highly preferred.Qualified candidates must hold a DDS/DMD or equivalent degree. A master's degree in operative or restorative dentistry is highly preferred.
