General Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations, lead sales efforts, and ensure smooth project delivery from estimate through payment collection.
Role Overview:
As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full cycle of our business operations. This includes sales, estimating, scheduling, managing crews, customer relations, project oversight, invoicing, and collections. You’ll be the key leader ensuring our customers have a seamless experience and our business runs profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales through effective estimating, proposal follow-up, and closing.
Manage project scheduling and oversee painting crews to ensure quality and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Oversee operations from job launch through invoicing and final payment.
Monitor gross profit margins and ensure projects meet financial targets.
Report regularly to the franchise owner and collaborate on business goals.
Qualifications
Experience in the painting industry, home services, or general business management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven sales ability with comfort in closing deals.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth and efficiency.
Compensation We offer a competitive package that includes a
base salary plus performance-based incentives
tied to revenue and profitability. On‑target earnings range
$65,000–$75,000+ annually , with upside potential based on performance.
