The role is with a leading appliance manufacturer based in Dallas, Texas. Korn Ferry is partnering with the organization to identify a Director of Operations who will be highly visible and report directly to the COO.
Base Pay Range $170,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr.
The Director of Operations will oversee the following functional areas:
Hardware & Engineering Operations
Installations & Customer Engagement
Logistics & Procurement
Strategy
Requirements and Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering related preferred)
Previous Project Management Experience highly preferred
Experience leading in a tech‑focused environment with hardware and software products
