This role is part of the Monetization client team that delivers innovative ad products on TikTok, including content ads, new ad formats, vertical solutions, and creator monetization business accounts, while ensuring a seamless user experience on the TikTok app. Responsibilities
Work closely with backend, frontend, and product teams to develop and ship new, innovative ad features on the TikTok iOS app. Collaborate with design and product teams to create a world‑class mobile experience. Optimize mobile applications on iOS platforms. Promote robust and maintainable code, clear documentation, and deliver high‑quality work in a rapid environment. Qualifications
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors/experience. 1+ years of experience in native iOS development. Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective‑C. Ability to understand and debug large and complex codebases. Good team communication and collaboration skills. Preferred: passion and experience building ad products or consumer‑facing products. Preferred: demonstrated ability to optimize client‑side performance and elevate user experience through technical innovation. About TikTok

Base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136,800 – $259,200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
