About the Role Our client is in the midst of a major ERP transformation, moving from Visual to
Epicor Kinetic
with a planned go-live in approximately 18 months. They’ve assembled a small, dedicated internal ERP team of four, supported by an ERP architect—but as project demands grow, they need a hands‑on
Epicor Developer / Administrator
to strengthen the team, accelerate development, and ensure long‑term system stability.
This role will play a critical part in both the implementation phase and post‑go‑live support, serving as a bridge between operations leadership, engineering, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
Support the ongoing implementation of Epicor Kinetic (hosted cloud environment).
Collaborate with internal operations leadership and the ERP architect to resolve configuration and integration issues.
Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize customizations, BPMs, and product configurators.
Provide system administration, user support, and training during and after go‑live.
Partner with external developers to review progress, improve timelines, and ensure code quality.
Serve as a liaison with Epicor’s implementation consultants and internal project stakeholders.
Maintain documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP processes post‑implementation.
Qualifications
4–10 years of experience with
Epicor ERP
(preferably
Kinetic ; prior Visual experience a plus).
Strong background in
Epicor customization ,
product configurator , and
BPM/BAQ development .
Familiarity with
Epicor Cloud (hosted)
environments.
Understanding of manufacturing or distribution operations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work closely with non‑technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working onsite with flexibility for partial remote work post‑go‑live.
