Job Description
SAP EAM Enterprise Architect – North America. The SAP Enterprise Architect for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) will lead strategic architecture and solution design for large‑scale transformation programs across industries. This role ensures alignment of SAP EAM solutions with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Leadership: Define and communicate SAP EAM architecture strategies, reference models, and roadmaps.
Implementation Expertise: Oversee SAP S/4HANA migrations, greenfield/brownfield implementations, and optimization of legacy systems.
Process Design: Conduct business workshops, fit‑gap analysis, and blueprinting for EAM processes (Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Customer Service).
Integration: Design scalable solutions leveraging SAP PM, PS, CS, IAM Suite, Asset Manager, and integration with cloud platforms (RISE with SAP, Azure, AWS).
Governance & Advisory: Provide thought leadership, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Must‑Have Skills
10+ years of SAP EAM/PM/CS experience with 3–4 full lifecycle implementations.
Deep expertise in SAP EAM and Asset Operations & Maintenance.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, IS‑U, SAP BTP, and integration frameworks.
Ability to prepare functional design specs for workflows, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
SAP Certification preferred.
Education Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
