We are seeking a
Strategic Lead Power BI Developer
to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. In this role, you'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business goals, uncover trends, and deliver visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Responsibilities
Creating, managing, and publishing Power BI data sources.
Developing DAX measures, using variables, filters, calculated fields and tables.
Tuning data source design and measures for maximum performance.
Creating, managing, and publishing Power BI dashboard files.
Developing training programs for reporting tools and self‑serve analytics for non‑analytical end users.
Working with management and stakeholders to enhance usability and aesthetic appeal of data analytics solutions.
Researching and applying continuous improvement in data visualization to produce actionable business insights.
Documenting data flow, systems and processes to improve design, implementation and management of business processes.
Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power BI.
Intermediate to advanced DAX skills.
Experience tuning data source designs and measures for performance.
Strong visualization skills.
4–7 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree or equivalent combination.
Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
Certifications such as PL‑300 or other relevant work.
Salary: $74,000.00 – $138,000.00 per year (Salaried). Compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience and qualifications.
