Compensation Range: $55,520 - $87,120

Possible Bonus: 7.5%

About the role

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust.

Responsibilities

  • Enter Customer Orders and address price discrepancies/contract issues
  • Enter credit memos and coordinate return authorizations with minimal support
  • Enter Customer Complaints/Feedback in ITS and proactively collect additional data needed for investigation of complaint
  • Proactively reach out to customers to secure orders
  • Manage Customer Portals
  • Be responsible for key account transactions and participate in meetings with assigned key accounts and account manager
  • Support Key Accounts and Account Managers with opportunity for limited face-to-face customer visits
  • Manage conflict resolution autonomously
  • Communicate and manage delays with customer/planning/logistics (reschedule/re-plan critical loads)
  • Demonstrate fundamental level of contracting concepts such as balances, sales forecasting
  • Assist with training new customer support team members
  • Manage onboarding of new customer account relationships in collaboration with sales account managers

About you

Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

Ability to handle escalations, respond independently and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiencies.

Requires BA degree or equivalent work experience.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience in a similar industry or other relatable experience in inside sales, sales support.
