Customer Service Specialist – AAK
Location: Edison, NJ.
Compensation Range: $55,520 - $87,120. Possible Bonus: 7.5%.

Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders and address price discrepancies / contract issues.
- Enter credit memos and coordinate return authorizations with minimal support.
- Enter customer complaints / feedback in ITS and proactively collect additional data needed for investigation.
- Proactively reach out to customers to secure orders.
- Manage customer portals.
- Handle key‑account transactions and participate in meetings with assigned key accounts and account managers.
- Support key accounts and account managers with limited face‑to‑face customer visits.
- Manage conflict resolution autonomously.
- Communicate and manage delays with customer, planning and logistics (rescheduling / re‑planning critical loads).
- Demonstrate basic contracting concepts such as balances and sales forecasting.
- Assist with training new customer‑support team members.
- Manage onboarding of new customer‑account relationships in collaboration with sales account managers.
About You
- Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
- Can handle escalations, respond independently, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiencies.
- Requires a BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of customer‑service experience in a similar industry or related experience in inside sales or sales support.
