Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Administrative Assistant opportunities onsite in Boca Raton, FL or Providence, RI. Responsibilities

  • Retrieve, organize, and maintain files and documentation for review and processing.
  • Assist in drafting routine correspondence, including letters and emails related to account administration.
  • Support officers and team members with account and client service needs.
  • Participate in or lead small projects as assigned.
  • Prepare reports and conduct research to support ongoing operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Display professionalism, flexibility, and commitment while delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of trust administration or estate settlement processes preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal partners and departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Benefits & Pay

  • Pay: $18.50 per hour
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Onsite in Boca Raton, FL or Providence, RI
