We’re looking for a

City Manager

to lead all aspects of the Chicago market, working closely with the rest of the team. This is the first expansion market, so you must be comfortable with ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and run the market efficiently. This role reports to the CEO and offers ample ownership at an early‑stage startup. Expect major hustle, hard work, and creativity to improve operations and customer service in the market. Compensation

USD 150K–250K (Base + Equity). We offer health benefits and free laundry service. Values & Qualitative

Ownership & bias to action : Proactively identify and take on projects to execute fast; mistakes of omission are not ideal. Requirements

All of the following should be ways people describe you: hustler, outgoing, energetic, scrappy, relentless. Scrubber onboarding and management

– maintain our pool of Scrubbers, provide feedback, and continuously improve the Scrubber app. Location partnerships

– visit and onboard laundry location partners; improve operating locations for optimal Scrubber and customer service. Growth tactics and hustle

– stay on the pulse of the local scene, engage with communities, partner with businesses, and attend relevant events. Logistics

– work with delivery and robotics partners to integrate them into NoScrubs operations. Customer Service

– assist with inbound outreach, investigate and root‑cause analyze order issues. Proactive project identification and ownership

– ground‑floor opportunity to drive improved operations, customer experience, and build a foundation for national expansion. Benefits
