What is allUP? NoScrubs has partnered with allUP to streamline the hiring process. allUP is a professional network and recruiting firm built around casual videos to help us get to know candidates beyond just a resume.
Role We are looking for a
City Manager
to lead all aspects of the San Diego market with support from the rest of the team. This is our first expansion market, so you will need to wrangle ambiguity and prioritize to run the market efficiently. The role reports to the CEO and offers ample opportunities for ownership at an early‑stage startup.
Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary of $150k–$250k plus meaningful equity. We offer health benefits and a free laundry service.

Requirements
Scrubber onboarding and management: maintain our pool of Scrubbers, provide feedback, and improve the Scrubber app.
Location partnerships: visit and onboard laundry location partners; improve operating locations for optimal Scrubber deployment.
Growth tactics and hustle: stay connected to local communities for partnering and event opportunities.
Logistics: work with delivery and robotics partners to integrate them into NoScrubs’ operating model.
Customer Service: assist with inbound outreach and root‑cause analyse order issues.
Proactive project identification and ownership: drive operational and customer‑experience improvements to support national expansion.
