Position : Locum CRNA – Independent Anesthesia Provider | Rural Kansas | Multispecialty Cases
Duration : 3 - 6 Months, ongoing starting January 5th, 2026.
Call : Call Required - every other night, 3:00 pm - 7:00 am

Case Types : Endo, OB/Gyn, Peds, ENT, General/B&B, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Podiatry
Credentialing Timeframe : 60 - 90 days
Special Requirements : Must have case logs with proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks. Must be enrolled in the Kansas PCF.

Supervision Model : Independent, all CRNA practice
Job Summary This position offers a diverse caseload across specialties including OB/Gyn, Pediatrics, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics, and more—set within a supportive rural practice environment in northwestern Kansas. With a flexible locum timeline beginning September 22nd and weekday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, plus every-other-night call, this opportunity is ideal for an experienced CRNA who thrives in independent practice and values variety, autonomy, and community impact. Candidates should be comfortable working solo in an all-CRNA model, proficient in EPIC, and possess documented experience in epidurals, spinals, and blocks, along with enrollment in the Kansas PCF.
Requirements
Current certification
as a CRNA by the
National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) .
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses
in Kansas.
Minimum 1 - 3 years of CRNA experience , with proficiency in Blocks, Epidurals, and Spinals.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
Provider must be enrolled in Kansas Patient Compensation Fund.
