Since 1991 we have served clients in Boulder and the surrounding communities, building long‑term relationships and providing a wide range of services from tax management to business succession planning. We are looking for a
Senior Tax Manager
who can build on our “rock solid” reputation and help us continue to provide expert guidance to our clients. You will be a key leader in our firm, leveraging your expertise to solve complex tax challenges and mentor our team. We believe in a healthy work/life balance and a supportive culture where our staff can thrive.
What You’ll Bring
Active CPA license.
8+ years
of public accounting experience, with significant focus on tax.
Proven ability to lead and manage client relationships, providing expert advice on complex tax matters.
Extensive experience in tax planning and preparation for a diverse client base, including individuals, small businesses, and trusts.
Superior tax research and problem‑solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Broad knowledge of tax software and technology.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Manage Tax Services:
Manage tax engagements, oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Provide Expert Advisory:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on tax projections, forecasts, estate planning, and business succession.
Mentor Our Team:
Guide and support staff, fostering a learning environment and helping develop the next generation of tax professionals.
Drive Client Success:
Proactively identify opportunities to add value for clients, helping them navigate a constantly changing financial and regulatory landscape.
