Job Description Summary As a key member of
AI Strategy team , this role shapes the future of AI across the company, driving high‑impact initiatives aligned with long‑term business goals while unlocking innovation, efficiency, and growth.
Essential Responsibilities
Drive product strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product.
Plan and implement the architectural roadmap balancing innovative design, technical implementation, regulatory requirements, time‑to‑market, and product profitability.
Assess the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and decision making.
Set up data gathering mechanisms relative to the metrics that inform product success, including usability studies, research, and market analysis.
Lead workstreams, including analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
Oversee product profitability measures, including budget.
Plan operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability, including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews, and interface with product leadership as needed.
Partner with content strategists, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers.
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the standard.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits Actual compensation is based on work location, relevant skills, and experience. The annual performance bonus, equity, medical, dental, vision, and additional benefits are included. U.S. national annual pay range:
$169,500
to
$291,500 . Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days at your choice of PayPal office or home workspace.
