Responsibilities
Conduct regular assessments and audits of physical security measures and protocols
Lead complex financial forensic investigations to identify and resolve instances of fraud and financial misconduct
Develop and update policies and procedures related to physical security and forensic investigations
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential security and financial threats
Prepare detailed reports on security operations and forensic investigation outcomes for senior leadership
Lead diverse teams on complex investigations and physical security advisory engagements, including physical security and fraud‑related assessments, gap analyses, and remediation efforts; proven track record in delivering high‑quality deliverables, and leading teams in a fast‑paced environment
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Minimum eight years of recent experience in corporate physical security and financial forensic investigations
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, finance, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CPP, CFE) are desirable
Strong understanding of security systems, risk management, and forensic accounting principles
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel as required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity
