Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to oversee all financial operations across our expanding portfolio of restaurants, bars, and entertainment concepts.
About the Role The CFO will lead company-wide financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with ownership to drive growth, ensure financial health, and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all concepts.
Lead accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Develop long-term financial strategies to support expansion.
Manage cash flow, cost controls, and profitability initiatives.
Partner with owners and department heads to improve operational efficiency.
Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications
8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience; hospitality strongly preferred.
Proven CFO or VP of Finance experience in a multi-unit or high-volume environment.
Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management.
Experience with R365 or similar hospitality accounting software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
