M·A·C SFO Cosmetics is seeking passionate, creative and customer focused Sales Lead to join our team. The Sales Lead is responsible for assisting store management by overseeing the sales floor. In addition, s/he will work with the store staff to follow store merchandising standards and re-stock merchandise.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Ensure highest levels of customer service, which will result in increased productivity.
Utilize and maintain customer database for phone calls, product launches, events and appointments.
Demonstrate products to customers. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge/store information to all customers and staff members.
Sales
Assist in the planning, preparation and execution of cost effective special events to generate incremental sales.
Track retail sales against goal using the system provided.
Training
Attend training, education and meetings as required.
Actively participate in store theme days, events, and new product launches, along with the mandatory training sessions of M·A·C and partnered stores.
Business Management
Solicit and communicate product feedback from staff and customers to team leader.
Provide direction and give feedback to store management regarding staff performance.
Store Maintenance
Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized manner.
Perform opening and closing procedures, (i.e. opening cash counts, closing deposits, shift management, etc.) in accordance with Company policies.
Assist in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as requested.
Adhere to policies and procedures of the store.
Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.
Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, lighting and props
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum high school education, prefer college education.
Job-Related Skills: Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Cosmetic experience preferred.
Job-Related Experience: 1-2 years key holder responsibility in a service oriented environment.
Analytical/Interpretive Skills: Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills. Must be completely reliable.
Should have professional attitude and ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner.
Able to work 35-40 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling
Normal or corrected vision and hearing
Can distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials to assist customers
Fluency in English is required for training, customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
