Overview At PwC, Alliance experts focus on building strategic partnerships to deliver multi‑competency solutions. As Oracle Alliance Driver Manager, you will develop and execute partnership strategies, build relationships with key Alliance executives, and lead cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage strategic alliances to enhance client service capabilities.
Lead teams and manage client accounts with a focus on strategic planning.
Mentor junior staff to develop skills.
Create and support joint go‑to‑market business plans with alliance partners.
Deliver multi‑competency solutions for client challenges.
Align business plans with PwC’s strategy and objectives.
Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within alliances.
Assess top‑quality deliverables and maintain professional standards.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management or related field.
Track record of driving demand generation and successful programs.
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
Ability to analyze complex systems and drive project success.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution.
