Locum CRNA – OB & Surgical Cases | Minimal Supervision | North-Central Indiana (3–6 Month Contract)
Duration : 3-6 months, ongoing, starting March 27th, 2026. Shifts : 8s (7am-3pm) or 10s (7am-5pm). Call: Every 3rd night, must do OB - no call for late room. Call response time is 20 minutes. Providers working 10-hour shifts will not take call. There is also an option to work 10-hour shifts with no call. Job Type : Locum/Contract Case Types : Endo, OB, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, GYN, and Ortho Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days, but temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and unrestricted license. Special Requirements : Must provide case logs that show proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks. Provider must enroll in Indiana PCF. EMR : Cerner Supervision Model: MD onsite - CRNAs work independently with little to no supervision. Job Summary:

Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Valid, unrestricted Indiana license (RN only). Minimum of 1-3 years of experience asa CRNA, with proficiency in endo, OB, peds, ortho and general. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesiamanagement for diverse patient populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interactwith patients, families, and the healthcare team. Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliveroptimal patient care. ACLS, BLS and PALS are required.
