Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions | Contract
Duration : PRN with needs starting February 27th
Shifts : 7am - 3pm
Call : 3pm - 7am, Chief assigns call (OR call is from home / OB call is in house) - Call response time is 20 minutes.
Job Type : Locum/Contract
Case Types : Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, General, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, Peds, Urology, Acute pain management, Trauma (no OB yet).
Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days, but temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and unrestricted license. Providers can work off a compact license for 6 months while they have temps - if full privileges are granted after 6 months, they have to have an RN license in IN. Provider must enroll in the Indiana PCF. TEE and heart experience is preferred. BLS and ACLS must be through American Heart Association.
Special Requirements : Must have case logs with proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks. COI - IN PCF required. TEE / Heart experience is preferred. ACLS must be through AHA.

Supervision Model: MD onsite - CRNAs work independently with little to no supervision.
Job Summary : Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team.
Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted license in Indiana. (Provider may work off a compact RN license while obtaining their Indiana RN license.)
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in CV, ortho, endo, general, trauma and peds.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthetic management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
ACLS, BLS and PALS are required. (BLS and ACLS must be American Heart Association)
