What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the execution of activation and go-to-market (GTM) plans for various sales channel incentives
Act as a key partner for sales teams, providing timely information and materials to drive incentive activation
Organize and deliver training sessions to ensure sales teams effectively utilize incentive benefits
Draft and share clear communications regarding benefit launches and changes
Gather and synthesize feedback from sales and cross-functional teams to inform future activation strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree
4+ years of business experience working with sales teams, agencies, and/or partners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical, strategic‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience leading discussions with key stakeholders to develop best practices
Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and pivot to high‑priority areas
Resourceful and self‑starter with the ability to work well under pressure
