We are looking for a Product Manager - Wireless to join our Operations Team! Role and Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities: MetTel’s Product Manager - Wireless is responsible for maximizing the value of carrier partnerships, optimizing cost and performance across mobile connectivity services, and launching differentiated offerings that drive new revenue streams. This role combines strategic and executional ownership—spanning commercial, technical, and operational domains—to evolve MetTel’s wireless portfolio and strengthen its competitive position in the enterprise mobility market. Ownership of the roadmap for wireless connectivity solutions (Data Plans, Global Roaming, eSIM, Private LTE/5G Networks, and Fixed Wireless Access) Develop business cases for new connectivity products and optimize existing offerings. Continuously assess market trends, carrier capabilities, and customer needs to refine product strategy. Oversee the lifecycle management of connectivity services (activation, porting, suspension, disconnection). Partner with Operations and Engineering to streamline provisioning workflows, reduce activation errors, and improve automation. Introduce differentiated offerings like pooled/shared data plans, zero-rated services, or tiered service levels. Collaborate with Product Portfolio teams on managing relationships with key stakeholders including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile Analyze COGS and optimize pricing models to improve margins while remaining competitive Develop self-service capabilities for customers (SIM management, real-time usage tracking, eSIM downloads). Ensure effective lifecycle management of connectivity services (activation, porting, disconnection) Partner with operations to streamline activation timelines, reduce provisioning errors, and improve reporting accuracy Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, Carrier Relations, or Mobility Solutions within telecommunications or technology sectors Deep understanding of mobile connectivity technologies (LTE/5G, eSIM, APN, IoT, FWA, private networks) Strong analytical skills, with the ability to model pricing, forecast revenue, and interpret performance metrics Familiarity with provisioning systems, OSS/BSS platforms, or SIM lifecycle management tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and operational requirements into customer-focused solutions Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives concurrently Success in this role will be measured by the growth of connectivity revenue, improvement in margin performance, and the successful introduction of differentiated wireless products that expand MetTel’s market leadership. The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $165,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
