Job Description We are seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you’ll coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators with proven experience managing cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

2+ years of experience managing projects or similar roles.

Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.

Comfortable using basic project management tools (e.g., MS Office, Asana, Trello).

Valid Driver’s License.

PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Major Functions

Define project goals, deliverables and timelines with stakeholders.

Develop and manage project scope, staffing, budgets and schedules.

Lead teams and coordinate cross‑departmental efforts.

Monitor budgets, conduct cost analysis and generate reports.

Ensure compliance with contracts, policies and industry standards.

Select and manage vendors or consultants as needed.

Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
