Overview
The Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the inbound logistics supply chain for assigned assembly plants in Stellantis' North American network. The Senior Analyst will work closely with internal and external transportation suppliers and assigned plants ensuring timely delivery of parts to Stellantis facilities balancing end user requests, competitive cost, and service provider performance. Act as the liaison between the Inbound Logistics department, Assembly and Manufacturing Plant MLM personnel, lead logistics providers, transportation providers, other Stellantis supply chain departments and the Stellantis supplier network. Develop cost forecasts for assigned plants, and examine and explain variances between the forecasts and the actual results. The Senior Analyst is expected to visit their assigned plants, and work on cost waste elimination with MLM personnel.
Responsibilities
Manage the inbound logistics supply chain for assigned Stellantis North American assembly plants. Collaborate with internal and external transportation suppliers and plant personnel to ensure timely delivery of parts. Serve as liaison between Inbound Logistics, MLM personnel, lead logistics providers, transportation providers, other supply chain departments, and the Stellantis supplier network. Develop cost forecasts for assigned plants and explain variances vs. actual results. Visit assigned plants and work on cost waste elimination with MLM personnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree 5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field Strong computer skills Ability to navigate various systems, problem solving and analytical ability, strong verbal and written presentation skills and to create Power Point presentations. Cross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplines Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams Well organized, good planner, independent, and detail oriented, proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask within tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global multi-cultural environments Familiarity with Stellantis US systems: Champs, PC Portal, Change Management and EBOM, STV)
