Responsibilities
Manpower Management including Salary Employee Hiring, Retention, Development, Performance and Stellantis Production Way Involvement
Participate in the accurate completion of Audit Management Activities including Product Process SOX Audit, MQGR ISO Audit, Stellantis Production Way Lean Audit
Lead the Stellantis Production Way Lean Management activities for Logistics including Expansion and Depth activities, Audit Presentation and Benchmarking activities
Lead Strategic Vision for MLM Department Key Process Indicator (KPI) initiatives to identify and attack top business losses
Participate and support the Plant Strategic Vision development and execution from a MLM perspective
Interacts with all levels of the organization including bargaining and non-bargaining hourly and salary employees as well as executive leadership
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused in production control, supply chain or material handling
Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues as well as manage through all aspects of the daily business including escalation and communication as required
Experience in setting strategic direction, leading and developing the MLM team
Ability to demonstrate lean manufacturing knowledge and application
Ability to implement, sustain and improve new or existing material flow processes and inventory control strategies
Excellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in related field
