Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service while fostering a positive and upbeat atmosphere.
Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a smile.
Assist in staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure an efficient and effective team.
Qualifications
Previous management experience in a hospitality or entertainment setting preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
A passion for guest service and creating a fun environment.
