Job Summary Panelmatic is seeking a detail‑oriented, experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager plans and develops the production projects, creates and leads the team, monitors project progress, sets deadlines, solves issues that arise, manages money, ensures customer satisfaction, and evaluates project performance, including the performance of their team members.

Responsibilities

Coordinating with operations to develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.

Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements.

Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, set project quality and performance standards, and assess and manage risk within, and across, multiple projects.

Manage project data, forms, processes, procedures, digital and printed materials and share with internal and external project counterparts.

Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third‑party vendors and researchers.

Monitor resources for appropriate timelines and staffing needs to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs, coordinating efforts with operations for project success.

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

Lead the engineering and project management efforts on assigned projects and coordinate the individual Engineering Disciplines such that the most cost‑effective total project solution for executing engineering work is achieved.

Review the status of the schedule and progress performance with internal/external customers on a regular basis, and keep the Engineering Manager apprised of issues.

Develop electrical documents for scope of work definition, specification, data sheets, equipment selection, drawing review, schematic development, wiring diagrams, physical layout drawings, and project close out procedures for low to medium voltage industrial power distribution systems.

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Engineering or equivalent work experience required.

Two years or more of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment required.

Thorough understanding of pertinent codes and governing regulations, and industry practices.

Analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills required.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.

Growth mindset with the ability to accept challenges required.

Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks required.

Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50 lbs or more required.

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP preferred.
