The Project Administrator supports the construction team by managing documentation, coordinating communication, tracking procurement, and assisting with scheduling and field follow‑up. You’ll help ensure new SpinXpress Laundry stores are built efficiently, documented accurately, and delivered to brand standards. This is a position for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple timelines.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $45,000 annually

Responsibilities

Coordinate construction project workflows and maintain organized project records

Support scheduling, procurement tracking, and delivery coordination

Manage submittals, RFIs, and communication through Procore, ClickUp, and CompanyCam

Ensure project documents are compliant, complete, and audit‑ready

Communicate directly with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Coordinate with municipalities to submit plans and track inspections

Track project timelines and budget progress; Escalate issues early

Assist with closeout documentation and liaison with Landlord representation

Qualifications

Experience in construction project coordination or project admin role

Familiarity with Procore, ClickUp, CompanyCam, or similar platforms

Strong organizational and follow‑through skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Knowledge of commercial construction phases and documentation standards

Professional communication skills with subcontractors, owners, and internal stakeholders
