About The Role The Program Cost Scheduling & Control Analyst I participates in the control of costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated cost schedule control system. The analyst performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure contracts remain within negotiated parameters and comply with government cost control guidelines. Key responsibilities include preparing budgets and schedules for all contract work; assisting in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis; ensuring adequate funding by maintaining accurate expenditure records; directing preparation of contractual changes into control systems; and maintaining realistic contract cost and schedule baselines to support execution of contractual obligations.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
Typically, entry‑level 0 – 2 years of experience.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and projections.
Experience with management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical roles in business, program, or operations management.
Strong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of DoD, government contracting, and public auditing policies, labor rate composition.
Compensation Pay Range: $62,920 – $86,515. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on job‑related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
