Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Optometrist to work within a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist practice as an Independent Doctor of Optometry. You will provide optometric care under the affiliation of a Subleasing Doctor, enjoying professional autonomy with no company‑imposed restrictions.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive optometric evaluation and care to patients.
Prescribe and fit lenses, eyewear, and related visual aids.
Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor and practice team to manage patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Utilize available technology such as ClarifyE, Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging, and automated appointment/recall systems.
Adhere to clinical protocols and legal/regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) with current licensure in Massachusetts.
Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliation with LensCrafters (Luxottica).
Experience in a private optometry practice preferred.
Strong clinical skills and patient management abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
