Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our hybrid team. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities
Analyze and reconcile Accounts Payable aging to ensure accuracy and timely resolution
Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain strong vendor relationships
Maintain vendor records and support 1099 processing
Support timely payment processing in alignment with established schedules
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Provide back-up support for daily dashboard and aging reports
Document accounts payable policies and procedures; assist the Accounts Payable Manager with process improvements
Participate in accounts payable team projects and cross-functional initiatives
Support the escheatment process to ensure compliance with all regulations
Qualifications
5+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience, including Workday invoice expertise
Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, financial chart of accounts, W9 familiarity and 1099 reporting
Skilled in problem-solving, issue escalation, and handling confidential information
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with Workday, Concur and NetSuite preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable, growth-oriented, and eager to learn new skills
Additional Information This job is remote with a preference for the Midwest region.

The salary range is $70K to $75K per year. This role is annual bonus eligible.
