Responsibilities
Develop the business development strategy and plan for the city Drive the expansion of new markets and acquisition of new merchants Increase order volume, GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), and market share Gain in-depth understanding of merchant needs and optimize cooperation plans Execute marketing activities to improve merchant engagement and order conversion Analyze data to optimize operational strategies and processes Manage the city operations team (BD, operations, etc.) and set KPIs Coordinate with marketing, customer service, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Enhance team capabilities and cultivate efficient execution Regularly report city operation data and business performance Provide improvement strategies and growth recommendations based on data analysis Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, or related fields Over 5 years of management experience in the food delivery, restaurant, or retail industry; experience in city or regional operations management is a plus Familiar with the local market environment and industry trends, with established merchant resources or networks Excellent team management skills, capable of leading a team to achieve business goals Strong data analysis and business insight abilities, able to make data-driven decisions Good business negotiation and communication skills, capable of handling complex merchant relationships Highly self-motivated and resilient, able to perform under fast-paced work environments
