As a vital member of our service team, as Server Assistant at Bar Sprezzatura, you will set the stage for unforgettable dining experiences. With a passion for food, beverage, and genuine hospitality, you’ll bring energy, attention to detail, and teamwork to every shift while supporting seamless service in a high-volume, fine dining environment. Responsibilities
Provide support to servers and the dining team to ensure smooth service during high-volume periods. Assist with guest needs, setup and breakdown of tables, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Demonstrate hospitality and attentiveness to guests to help create memorable dining experiences. Benefits

1-2 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining, high volume atmosphere Exceptional communication skills Prior experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant Ability to learn and retain information quickly Intellectual curiosity Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time At least 16 years of age Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time Pay and Equal Opportunity
