Job Description - Senior Applications Consultant - SAP IM Consultant (053247)
We are looking for a Senior Applications Consultant with 9–12 years of experience to support SAP Inventory Management (IM) as part of our consulting team.
Responsibilities
Functional experience with SAP IM and MM modules, including material movements, procurement processes (purchase requisitions, quotations, RFx, purchase orders, contracts, goods and invoice receipt, and related master data).
Technical configuration expertise for material movements, implementation, and support of knowledge management and collaborative information sharing solutions.
Integration of SAP modules, ensuring proper execution order and coordination with current SAP configuration.
Design, implement, and support localization of global templates and knowledge management solutions.
Act as a conduit between business users and technology experts, gathering and analyzing functional requirements and presenting solutions to senior stakeholders.
Perform system analysis, create detailed technical designs, and translate business cases into technical specifications.
Lead testing efforts, including integration and user acceptance testing, and manage release & deployment activities.
Provide coaching and mentorship within the team, promoting best practices and continuous professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
7–10 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a consulting role focused on SAP or similar package configuration.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience with SAP IM, MM, and preferably MM in S/4HANA.
Certification: SE Level 1 (and seeking Level 2).
Proficient in business analysis, architecture design, vendor management, and testing.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work across Agile Application Development, Support, and Deployment environments.
Understanding of pharmaceutical industry or other regulated sectors is a plus.
