Purpose of the position Ensure material accuracy and timeliness, improve work efficiency, cost control, team & data management. Duties and Responsibilities Production Management (50%): Execute the daily production plan, achieve the daily production target
Monitor production progress, coordinate among production departments and resources to resolve bottlenecks, ensuring stable production operations
Analyze KPI (Key Performance Indicator) achievement (such as OPE, yield) for continuous improvement
Quality Management (15%): Ensure production processes and products meet customer quality standards and industry regulations
Handle production anomalies, drive quality improvement projects, and enhance product quality
Regularly organize quality inspections to promptly discover and address quality issues
Cost Control (10%): Manage production budgets, optimize production processes, reduce material waste and energy consumption, and lower production costs
Analyze cost structures and propose cost-saving measures
Team Management and Collaboration (15%): Lead and manage the production team, identify roles and responsibilities, oversee performance supervision and skill training
Establish a manufacturing successor talent pipeline to ensure the talent reserve for key positions
Guide cross-function communication and collaboration to optimize production process and efficiency
Safety, Production and On-site Management (10%): Ensure production processes comply with safety regulations and prevent accidents
Regularly organize safety inspections and promptly discover and eliminate safety hazards
Education and work experience Basic Requirements:
High school diploma + 3 years of experience in Kitting manufacturing industry production management, or associate/bachelor's degree + 1 year of experience in electronic manufacturing industry production management (consumer electronics preferred)
Preferred Conditions: Hold a 30-hour general industrial certification from OSHA
Able to conduct work guidance in English, Spanish, and Mandarin
Supervision Direct Management:
ā„ 4 people
Indirect Management:
80+ production employees
Working conditions Office positions and on-site work (on-site work requires wearing static electricity protection equipment)
Flexibly adjust non-working hours according to production needs and event levels, ensuring the normal production rhythm of the production line
Skills Professional Skills Familiar with Kitting processes and related technologies
Understands quality management systems and standards, develops and implements quality control plans
Familiar with ERP/MES systems and production data analysis tools
Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting
Language and Cross-Cultural Competence Multilingual communication skills in English, Spanish, and Mandarin, suitable for managing cross-cultural teams
Leadership and Problem-Solving Excellent team motivation and conflict resolution skills, capable of handling high-pressure environments
Able to quickly identify and resolve issues in the production process, ensuring production schedules are not affected
Other Holding a valid U.S. work permit (such as a green card, citizenship)
Acceptable flexible working hours (such as shift rotations and overtime in emergencies)
