Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions | Contract Locum CRNA – Central Michigan | OB-Focused Call | Multispecialty Cases | 90% Supervision
Duration : 3-6 months, ongoing, starting April 2nd. Shifts : 7am - 3pm Call : 3pm - 7am. CRNA call is OB only, call response time is 30 minutes. Job Type : Locum/Contract Case Types : Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular, Trauma, Ophthalmology Credentialing Timeframe : 90-120 days, but temps are available with a clear background, malpractice history, and unrestricted license Special Requirements : Must have case logs with proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks EMR : EPIC Supervision Model : 90% Supervision Job Summary : Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Michigan 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in OB/GYN, general, trauma and orthopedics. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
