Territory Sales Manager – Residential Construction

Seeking an energetic Territory Sales Manager to spearhead regional sales initiatives and cultivate strong partnerships within the residential construction sector. This position calls for a hands‑on approach to building client connections, overseeing projects, and expanding market presence.

Main Duties:

Connect with existing clients—including contractors, builders, and homeowners—to uncover new business possibilities and offer tailored product recommendations during site visits.

Identify and pursue prospective customers through market research, industry contacts, cold calling, and networking events.

Supervise project sites to verify that installations meet product standards and adhere to applicable building regulations.

Provide clients with timely updates on product developments, improvements, and modifications.

Act as a company ambassador at trade shows, industry gatherings, and conferences to boost brand recognition and generate new leads.

Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, contact information, and account activity.

Compile comprehensive sales reports and manage all expense‑related documentation with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Spanish is essential.

At least three years of sales experience in construction or a related specialty product field.

Must be willing to complete background and drug screenings as part of the selection process.
