Senior Revenue Analyst – Hotel

Lead transformation projects to develop a best‑in‑class revenue‑management capability. Provide tool support and product administration to ensure tools operate correctly. Identify and solve problems between systems and end users. Support analytical work for ongoing client optimization consulting and reporting engagements, maintaining operational reporting and analysis, and supporting the development of reporting and consulting deliverables. Support ongoing growth through ad‑hoc internal analysis as needed. Support innovation and improvement with CWT’s supplier‑management practices, methodology, and consultative deliverables in assessment, design, optimization, and change management. Analyze reporting, data, and industry trends and lead development of recommendations for supplier optimization and value proposition support. Partner with internal and external resources to build upon current operations reporting and efficiency metrics. Act as a liaison with the internal operations team and communicate to ensure tools are operating correctly. Manipulate supplier and benchmarking data using reporting systems and/or MS Office products to deliver desired analysis. Create new and innovative tools to drive yield‑management strategy and enhance value proposition, pulling data from existing reports. Participate in and contribute to industry updates and marketplace analysis. Provide guidance to other users of data‑mining tools as necessary. Liaise with other departments to ensure format changes and client specifications are adopted and implemented uniformly. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience compiling reports, analyzing data, and working with reporting tools. Excellent knowledge of the travel industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external communication. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good critical thinking and analysis skills. Strong customer service orientation. Strong attention to detail, self‑motivated. SQL, Cognos, and/or database knowledge preferred. Ability to manage time and prioritize workload efficiently. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Locations
