We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations and help guide key business decisions. What You’ll Do
- Plan & Analyze: Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic decisions.
- Report with Clarity: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights leadership can act on.
- Ensure Accuracy: Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll.
- Stay Compliant: Ensure financial processes align with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Warehouse Manager Responsibilities
- The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of BG Products. This role will play a key part in managing inventory, multiple warehouse locations, optimizing workflow, and ensuring the highest level of safety and quality standards.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations in Breinigsville, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping of BG Products.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by implementing effective tracking and control measures.
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain efficient workflow processes to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Implement and oversee warehouse management systems and software for streamlined operations.
- Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
- On a quarterly basis, visit and complete physical inventory counts at New York, New Jersey North, and New Jersey South warehouses. One warehouse should be visited every month.
Responsibilities
- Attends weekly management meetings. Holds daily warehouse staff huddles. Attends sales.
Education & Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive or distribution industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (Acumatica) and inventory control systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
