Overview

Are you a proactive, service-driven professional with a “yes, we can!” attitude? We are seeking a well-rounded Office Assistant / Hospitality Associate who can support multiple areas of our office, including Hospitality, Backup Reception, and Office Services. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy helping others, and take pride in maintaining a polished and efficient workspace, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality

  • Stock snacks, beverages, and kitchen supplies throughout the day
  • Handle dishes, load/unload dishwashers, and maintain clean breakroom spaces
  • Clean tables, counters, and meeting rooms after use
  • Assist with meeting room setups and refreshes
  • Maintain inventory levels and support efficient handling of kitchen and office supplies

Backup Responsibilities

  • Provide backup reception coverage, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to visitors
  • Support smooth check-in and organized distribution of packages and deliveries
  • Maintain tidy and presentable office and visitor areas
  • Assist with copying, scanning, and mailing projects for various departments

Office Services

  • Support office moves (packing, organizing, and lifting boxes)
  • Help ensure office spaces are consistently well-maintained and fully stocked
  • Provide additional administrative or facilities support as needed

  • Someone comfortable with a mix of hands‑on tasks (cleaning/stocking) and administrative support
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pivot quickly between responsibilities

  • A flexible, team-oriented individual who is eager to jump in wherever needed
