What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide guidance and assistance to ensure effective deployment and customization of the Xpanse platform throughout the customer lifecycle

Create and execute technical implementation plans, including onboarding and training sessions

Stay informed about Xpanse features and coach customers on integrating the tool into their workflows

Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and product utilization

Advocate for customers by managing and escalating technical issues for resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer success, account management, solutions architecture, or related fields

Understanding of attack surface management and related concepts, including IP, DNS, and network protocols

Experience with Python, REST APIs, and networking

Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with SOC technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR

Current or former Department of Defense or other U.S. Government security clearance
