Job Description To provide coordination of all phases and activities associated with special university or community programs.
Job Duties
Coordinates activities of TCHATT project related to scheduling, including scheduling appointments in Epic.
Consults with leadership to address customer concerns and determine resolution.
Interprets program and services to patient/ responsible party regarding appointment policy and guidelines.
Adheres to internal controls established for department.
Performs related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent; 1 year of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong customer service skills.
Salary Range Commensurate with experience
Equipment Standard office equipment.
Working Environment Standard hospital, clinical and/or office environment.
