Herbally Yours, a contract manufacturer of liquid, powder, capsule, and topical dietary supplements, is seeking a highly organized, proactive Sourcing Specialist to support our growing product development and production pipelines.
What You’ll Do
Source raw materials, packaging components, and specialty ingredients for a diverse range of dietary supplement products
Obtain and evaluate quotes, MOQs, COAs, specs, lead times, and regulatory compliance documentation
Conduct supplier outreach, qualification, and ongoing performance evaluations
Build and maintain cost models, sourcing databases, and vendor files
Partner with R&D, Production, QA/QC, and Customer Service to meet project timelines and standards
Manage procurement timelines to prevent stockouts and support production scheduling
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supply chain efficiency
Support NSF, Organic, Kosher, Halal, and cGMP compliance throughout the supply chain
What You Bring
25 years of purchasing or sourcing experience (manufacturing or CPG preferred)
Familiarity with dietary supplement ingredients, nutraceuticals, or food/beverage categories a major plus
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (BatchMaster, NetSuite, etc.) a bonus
High attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and comfort juggling multiple priorities
Ability to analyze cost structures, quotes, and supplier data
Passion for building reliable, ethical, and cost‑effective supply chains

Equally comfortable emailing vendors, reviewing documents, and updating databases
