Manage 6-8 façade and restoration projects, including Local Law 11 compliance

Oversee junior staff and work closely with senior management
Qualifications
5+ years in project management within architecture/engineering
Hands‑on FISP experience; PE or QPSI certification a plus
Familiar with NYC façade laws and regulations
