Project Manager
to lead restoration and envelope projects across the city. This role blends technical oversight, client coordination, and team leadership—perfect for someone who thrives on complex challenges and cares deeply about NYC’s built environment.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee field investigations, reports, and FISP/Local Law 11 compliance
Manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships
Mentor junior team members and collaborate across disciplines
What You’ll Need:
5+ years in architecture, engineering, or construction with façade/envelope experience
Strong knowledge of NYC codes and Local Law 11
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Driver’s license required; scaffold/OSHA certs a plus
