Summary
You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, building genuine and durable relationships while converting them into opportunities for long‑term revenue growth. As a trusted advisor you’ll provide strategic guidance on operational and product‑related issues and advocate for clients within Deel, driving expansion of each client’s business.
Responsibilities
Manage and foster relationships with up to 200 regionally assigned client accounts as part of our growth function
Build deep relationships and strategically navigate clients through their experience journey
Train clients on Deel processes and how to navigate the Deel platform successfully to complement their needs
Lead interactions with a focus on product adoption and future growth, emphasizing Deel’s core value propositions
Strengthen relationships, solve challenges, and help eliminate churn
Act as a trusted partner, understanding business needs and building solutions as a mini‑project manager
Collaborate with the broader growth and support organization, including Account Executives, Strategic CSMs, and onboarding managers to help Deel grow
Advocate for Deel and act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with Revenue and product teams
Qualifications
Fluent in German and English
1–3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role (support, operations, customer success)
Ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of customer requests
Experience in a fast‑growth startup, payroll company, top‑tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity
Relationship builder who remains calm under crisis and celebrates partners’ successes
Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; comfortable drawing insights from complex data sets
Reliable, motivated self‑starter with a growth mentality, thriving in fast‑paced environments
Track record of achievement – quantifiable business impact, rapid assumption of responsibilities, or competitive awards
Strong analytical foundation and curiosity to make an impact
