Human Resources Generalist Our client is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to support their core HR functions including payroll, employee relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities for Human Resources Generalist Administer and process payroll accurately and timely. Conduct employee relations investigations and support conflict resolution. Assist with policy development, onboarding, and HR documentation. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Support HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications for Human Resources Generalist Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll and employee relations. Familiarity with multi-state employment law and HR compliance.
