What You'll Do
- Update and maintain customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist with Accounts Receivable tasks.
- Provide responsive, professional support to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service, billing, or AR preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus.
